As you might imagine, a lot of Ian Tyson tributes are going on around here. The Alberta radio station CKUA has had a couple: on “Wide Cut Country” yesterday, and “Folk Roots “ this morning. I think both programs are or will be available on the CKUA website if anyone is interested.

Living in Calgary, we were blessed with fairly frequent opportunities to take in an Ian Tyson performance. Here’s a nice article about Ian Tyson by the person who helped him write his autobiography. A bit Alberta-centred, but (my opinion) a good read.
