This is about 1950s and 1960s "folk" song writers.... who made it big...
Buffy Sainte-Marie and Tom Rush are the only ones from the late 50s and early 60s .... all the rest are still kids.
Paul Simon had his foot in the door... but, he was still doing covers with Art ...
I left out Dylan.
I might put McCartney and Lennon on the list.
