I sure remember it.....

Jackee was in the bathroom that morning.

We had a TV in the bedroom.

I'd been downstairs doing something ....

I came back upstairs and ....

and ... when Jackee heard me coming into the bedroom, she said to me from the bathroom, it was just on the news....

John Denver died.

We lived in that condo for eight years.

What sticks out in my memory more than anything that happened while we were living there was that morning when I heard that John had died.

I think we went to 5 or 6 of his concerts in Louisville.

The first one, I'll never forget.

We went to it pretty much by accident.

I had a friend that I worked with .....

One day, he said to me .... Aren't you going to the John Denver concert tonight?

I never heard of him.

We went.

He had lasers and a big screen where he showed eagles and hawks flying.

Far out !!!!!!!!!!!
