I guess John Lennon said it best in his song "Beautiful Boy" :
"Life Is What Happens When You're Busy Making Other Plans."
For what it's worth, I still believe there is a connection between KINGSTON TRIO fans. For one thing....
when Max was "looking for me" on Crossroads, I had been listening to our Kingston's 1962 album: "SOMETHING SPECIAL"
And when I revisited this site today, out of nowhere, Max posts the song "Strange Day" !!! {strange, eh? hahaha}
Another connection is, if you asked me to name two of my favourite KINGSTON TRIO albums....
I'd name the SAME TWO you posted on some other thread:
>>> "AT LARGE" + "STRING ALONG" <<<
And...And...And...
With the recent re-issue of PETER PAUL & MARY's "ALBUM 1700" ~ along with other {vinyl} LPs by Analogue Productions.....
I went as far as contacting Chad Kassem (CEO of Analogue Productions and Acoustic Sounds) asking him about KINGSTON TRIO records?
=> SILENCE WAS THE BOLD REPLY !!!
Anyhow, it is what it is. Thanks again for your welcoming post, Ken. I really appreciate it.
Folk On & Be Well, My Friend!

ps: I guess, back in 1964, Chad Kassem must've had a sister John Lennon was trying to get hold of too:
