Re: We're Kingston Trio Fans, 65 to 85 years of age, and raised on AM radio ...
Totally awesome Ken. These are two drop dead classics, unforgettable. And it is so amazing to see the videos, most of which I never saw back in the day. Truly scary. And I googled both of them, didn't know those stories either, rock mythology! What a time, what a life! From a big SASS fan, keep 'em comin'! Joe Bonnamassa, yikes! with Tommy Emmanuel! I do kind of miss your commentary, but hey, the music speaks for itself, I get it! So true! Much more eloquently than my lame comments, anyway!
... so, other than depositing and touching off an M-80 up your butts in an effort to elicit a life-affirming response from most, does anyone have any comments for the down and dirty garage bands in this week's SASS offerings or any artists in previous SASS offerings? I know it ain't always folk music on SASS but y'all have heard many of the songs on SASS and, like me, probably most of y'all dug them in some way even though you didn't want to admit it at the time or even now .... So, don't all respond at once because you may crash the server but does anyone have anything to say other than does anyone have the chords to "Scotch And Soda"?
Thanks For Being Here Or Anywhere, I Guess, And Folk On!
