What you do is you set up a meeting in zoom at a particular day and time.
You ask people to join the meeting by sending them an invitation by e-mail.
At the time of the meeting, all they have to do is click the link they received in the e-mail.
They are then a part of the meeting.
You can control within zoom what the participants can do.
I've only done this with 3 people.....
The people can only talk one at a time.
In small meetings, if someone says something...there is a big picture of them.
And, there are little pictures of everyone else on the screen.
Obviously......for this to work.....
You need that e-mails of the people you're going to invite to the meeting.
Zoom has a music setting so that the sound is really good.
To my knowledge...this is all there is to it.
There's an add-on to zoom that you can get.....
That we have....
That will turn the meeting into a live on Facebook... or Youtube.
When you do this ... anyone who is not in the meeting can watch too.
We just need a few people to participate to figure out how it works.
