Larry Brambrut texted me to let me know that Rick had left his body to join the heavenly choir. I’m sure Bob, Nick, Dave and John were there to welcome him home. I got to know Rick over the years, initially as a Kingston Trio fan and eventually as a good friend. Rick kindly supported me as I was re-adjusting my life after being bumped from the Trio (twice). I’m so glad I had a chance to chat with him by phone just a couple weeks ago. He will be missed here but I look forward to pickin’ with him in the afterlife. I hope they allow banjos in heaven - neither one of us are very good on the harp. Rest In Peace, Rick!
