When Haworth's book came out, being the cheapskate that I am, I had to order $15 more from Amazon to get free shipping. I had been wanting to buy this book for some time and I'm so glad I did.
(Book was published in 2019)

It turned out to be bittersweet since GL passed on a few days later. But the stories are great and include numerous mentions of Gordon's band. Its the icing on the cake of Lightfoot's career. Must read for all Lightfoot fans. MTABob
