Thanks Josh, but I think I'm going to just wing it. I should be able to do them one at a time. And I actually spoke with someone at Ome and they told me a good way to judge the head tuning by ear, which fortunately, I still have. I can tune with out a tuning fork or a pitch pipe.

Works like a champ. My Sullivan flat head likes 92, and my Seeger sounds best at 89. Easy as can be.
The hooks on my old Ode are really in touch shape. I don't want to take the banjo apart, but can I just order some new ones and replace one at a time? Sounds like a stupid question now that I ask it, but it's this tuning the banjo head thing I worry about. Also how much torque to tighten them up.
