The Queen to part in a Pooh Sticks Race

Deep in the 100 Acre Wood… The Queen was joined by children for a game of ‘pooh sticks’ on the same bridge where A. A. Milne played with his son, Christopher Robin.

As Patron of the Royal Literary Fund, Her Majesty is visiting Ashdown Forest to mark 100 years since the publication of the first Winnie-the-Pooh book in 1926.

We played Pooh sticks with The Imperial Daughter back in the days when she was cute.

My older brother and I played Pooh sticks as children. I can't recall if we let our baby brother play the game with us.

Ha! I've been known to play pooh sticks even still if given the chance!
