Taz is right. It's the silly season for Royal stories. However, the dynamic Dumb Dumbs have really ramped up their "She is bringing the kids to the UK" thing and the sugars are in full baying mode.

I stopped watching videos about these two. There's nothing interesting about them and I feel sorry for their children.

Even Ray Charles can see through this trip to Sandringham, although I would be surprised if She came. William, Catherine and everyone else might decide to skip summer with Charles if Harry shows up. Camilla will be there to glare at him, and I am imagining a semi-circle of lawyers and advisors standing behind Charles taking note of what was, and wasn't said.

Really, I understand loving your child and wanting to see them and the grandchildren but this is stupidity bordering on madness. What was that song about the snake?

I doubt Charles will see Them. He knows They will blab a severely twisted version of the visit, use the visit to merch As Ever, and request that, since the Bank of Charles is supporting AM-W, it should support them as well. No way will Charles do that.

As far as Charles supporting Andrew, he has been loyal to the monarchy. As much as he's grinding his teeth over his fall from grace, There have been no toe-curling interviews or books. Close friends (if he has any left) have not been 'authorized' to speak on his behalf to the media. Andrew might be a steaming pile, but he's managed to follow the First Rule.

Which brings us to Those Two. If Charles is fool enough to see them privately at Sandringham then I have no sympathy for what will follow. But if, as I suspect, the agitation in favor of a 'family reunion' is coming from Their pr mavens then we're only getting one side. If They come to Sandringham for a visit They will be well monitored. Wherever They stay on the estate, They will be monitored. In the name of security, of course.

Let Them try something in front of Anne. Ohpleaseohpleaseohplease.

Why the so-called meeting at Sandringham of all places? Who pulled that rabbit out of their ear? The media or Sunshine Sachs. The Express has two articles that stated it's been "confirmed" that the Sussexes are coming to the UK...but in both articles there is no statement by side involved officially confirming such a visit.
The Royals will be in Scotland in a week or so and then today the another UK PM bit the dust so the King will need to be informed/involved in the Govt. activities. The King and Queen's engagement diaries are scheduled way ahead of time so when will Dimwit and Dumb be penciled in for a visit?
I agree, all this time we've heard nothing but Harry's great terror of the UK and how his family cannot visit because of terror around every corner, but now the family is going to flit over for a jaunty visit. Oh, it's about the money and trying to hit up Pa.
Charles is still receiving treatment for his cancer, he doesn't need the extra stress. Harry "may" show up, but Meghan won't, she doesn't want to be booed. Harry will get plenty of that in Birmingham.

Two elements have been stressed:

1. It will be a private visit, so no opportunities for them to all be photographed together. It also means that She will be protected from the public so there will be no footage of Her being booed.

2. They will meet at Sandringham, again away from ears and eyes. They've been offered accommodations on a royal estate, but we don't know if they'll be in the house or a cottage on the estate.

All of the information is one-sided, and nothing has been confirmed by BP. Charles has issued an invitation to Them every year, and every year it's turned down.

A "royal estate" can mean anything, not just Sandringham. Has it even been confirmed? Announced? Detailed what this supposed "meeting" entails?

Does the Crown Estate, the Duchy of Lancaster, or the Duchy of Cornwall own any equivalent to a council flat?If so, Charles could offer that...

Those duchies own a very broad range of properties. Heck, the cottage in Ontario (Canada) we had was on Crown property, so I guess you could say the queen was our landlady once upon a time.

I'm getting a kick out of imagining Them being escorted to a one bed flat, complete with a view of the dust bins.

In my imagination, Archie and Lili would be whisked away to stay with Their Majesties at either Windsor Castle or Sandringham, while their parents are forced to do their own washing-up under the watchful eye of the security guards they so desperately wanted. Ha!

But it's still "understands," and not "confirms" or "announces." And Harry is doing other "engagements" as if he's a "real" royal.
