I was surprised to read Mr & Mrs Peter Phillips will be there. They are wasting little time after their wedding.

They aren't blushing first-time newlyweds, so this is a good outing for the new Mrs. Phillips. A carriage ride, the royal enclosure but little scrutiny overall.

The Duchess if Wellington is Charles's distant cousin via their shared descent from Queen Victoria.

Harriet seems a little nervous and I can't blame her. She does seem to fit right in, though, and that's good. Anne and Peter seem to have done their best to make her feel relaxed and welcome.

Well, another year and we weren't invited..again.
Zara looks so pretty in pink..and Harriet looks very nice. The Princess Royal is in fine form and having fun.

I guess I'll have to cancel my Fortnum's hamper order and put my hat away...
