Marius Hoiby Found Guilty, Sentenced To Four Years In Prison

I was hoping for the full seven years. His victims really didn't get much after all they've been through and suffered.

Four years is hardly more than a slap on the wrist.

I read at the beginning of the trial that ten was the maximum. I wish they'd had consecutive terms instead of bundling them down to four total.

He should count himself lucky that he wasn't tried in the US. He'd have gotten 20-30.

Wasn't one of the other crimes holding a woman against a wall and threatening her with a knife? Four years is a gift.

According to Trond Noren Isaksen, Marius is now going to appeal the verdict. He doesn't seem to know when he's won and to man up and show accountability. Also puts his mother under further mental stress over an appeal. Really a great guy. Not!

Yep, he'll appeal until he runs out of options. He's arrogant, feels he's entitled, and has no remorse for his actions or any wrongful acts he's done. We witnessed that in court. There will never be any apologies from him.
I tell you the next scenario. When MM passes, Marius will blame the women, the police and the courts "for all the stress his Mum went through and how it aggravated her illness and passing." I've heard it all.
