That dog Anne greeted has stolen my heart. The Royals were out in force and I love it!

Great little video. I loved the dog as well! It's interesting that they apparently allow pets to be there too.

I think the dogs were service animals.

Yes, the wee dog was a service dog and they are allowed at the Garden Parties.
