1596 - Princess Elizabeth Stuart was born at Dunfermline Palace in Fife. The 2nd child and eldest daughter of James VI King of Scots and Anne of Denmark. She was christened in the Chapel Royal at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in November 1596. Elizabeth grew up to be known as the Winter Queen and the ancestor, through her youngest daughter Sophia, of the current British Royal Family.

The clothing! I can't even imagine sewing those gowns and putting the pearls in and all the other details. Oh my.
