They are moving to Forest Lodge and are funding all renovations themselves and will have no live-in staff. The freehold is owned by the King in care of The Crown Estate.

The Waleses still use Anmer Hall, but I think they have given up their KP residence.

This still lists the KP apartment as the Waleses' official London home. It also lists the Michael Kents as well, but I thought they had moved out.

Prince and Princess of Wales continue to use Kensington Palace as their Office while working in London. It's why all the announcements, press releases etc are done by 'Kensington Palace'. Anmer Hall was a wedding gift given by the Late Queen. The official residence of the Prince and Princess of Wales is Kensington Palace, but they use of their homes in Norfolk and Windsor.
