Swedish Royals attend Polar Music Prize ceremony

Some of the non-royals chose some downright interesting outfits, and others wore fabulous dresses and suits. Silvia wore a beautiful silver gown and Victoria was in an okay black number. The gentlemen looked dapper.

I just have to get this out of my system: Victoria needs to stop wearing her hair like that.

Somehow I missed Roger in the photos of Brian May. The two were awarded the Polar Music Prize by King Carl XVI Gustaf.

I agree with you on Victoria's hair - it's too severe and doesn't flatter her. Years ago she wore it down, but it looks harsh especially with a flowing and romantic gown.

Sylvia is walking with a cane? Is that from her surgery months ago? Foot? Knee? At any rate, the king had his arm cocked like he was expecting her to take it but he didn't slow down for her.

She is slowly recovering from her surgery. She wore tennis shoes that matched her gown, which made me smile. That's Silvia all over.
