Sofia looks like she has gained a lot of confidence. I think she felt lost when Leonor began taking on more duties related to her status as a future Queen Regnant. The two sisters were very close as children. Hopefully Sofia has got eher footing now.
As an aside, the color of Sofia's jumpsuit is really pretty on her, but the jumpsuit itself neither fits nor flatters her.
