TO loses latest legal battle

The California-based royal had fought the dismissal of his High Court claim against the Home Office over the decision of the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) that he should receive a different degree of protection when in the country.

But Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls, said in his ruling this after in London: 'These were powerful and moving arguments and that it was plain the Duke of Sussex felt badly treated by the system.

'But I concluded, having studied the detail, I could not say that the Duke’s sense of grievance translated into a legal argument to challenge RAVEC’s decision'.

He added: 'My conclusion was that the Duke of Sussex’s appeal would be dismissed'.

Judge Sir Geoffrey Vos told the court that while the Duke of Sussex's safety concerns were both "powerful and moving", his "sense of grievance" did not "translate into a legal argument". "The conclusion, in my judgment, with which my colleagues Lord Justice Bean and Lord Justice Edith agreed, was that the Duke of Sussex's appeal would be dismissed."

He is delusional and scary in his delusions. I don't know if this is all TOW's handiwork or if she just tapped into and magnified what was already there. He's genuinely tottering on insanity.

She tapped into and magnified what was fermenting in him. It's wasn't clear pre Me-gain, as the Palace did a lot of work. as did his family, to shield and protect him. His stupidity (Nazi uniform, naked high jinks in Vegas etc) was covered up and passed off as him blowing off steam or making a simple mistake. If you look back in hindsight it all there to see. Harry was and is a mess and sad to say Humpty Dumpty can't be put back together again.

What you've written is exactly correct, Karen. Harry has been coddled all his life, the Palace,HM the Queen and his father have stepped in and "solved/taken care of" the scrapes/troubles Harry has gotten himself into so he could come out smelling like a rose. In addition, Diana didn't help things by stating her doubts about William becoming a future King, because he was "too sensitive", of course, Harry takes that to heart and imagines himself as a better candidate than his brother, plus the wife plays that up in addition to all of Harry's other grievances, real or otherwise, mostly otherwise.
I felt that the case should have never been accepted on appeal, although there was only one aspect of the case on appeal and that was a very narrow issue. It was a correct ruling to deny the appeal. Yep, legal cases are decided on law and not because someone has hurt feelings, or is "scared".
Harry and his legal team also pulled a lot of trickery and outright lies, which Harry is still doing plus Harry, you can't travel to Nigeria, Colombia, and Ukraine, the latter with an active ongoing war and then claim to be "scared" to travel and take the family to the UK. It all boils down to having taxpayers pay for Harry and the family's security....nope.
He's going to turn to the PM, it was the Labor Govt. that continued to argue against his security claims at the Appeal case, the PM can't help you Harry.

He's done a complete 180°. It wasn't that long ago he was claiming that he was forced out because everybody was jealous of him, now he's claiming that "they" took away his security in an attempt to make him stay in the UK?

And why doesn't anybody ask him why he believes that his security should be based on his position at birth, yet Anne, Andrew, Edward, etc only have full security when they are making official appearances?

None of what he says makes any sense whatsoever. If he was asked any of these questions, he'd turn it into a full-on whinge, whine, and dine session, wherein he eats his own word salad and drinks from the decanter of hypocrisy.

He actually told his father to step aside and let the experts handle his security issues? What? And he got in some other nasty digs at Charles too? Well, any chance The Bank of Papa would have reopened has gone bye bye. I hope Charles tells Harry he's doing what Harry asked him to do and has stepped aside so the experts could handle things, and if Harry wants money, go talk to said experts.
