Baby's first ribbon cutting in Luxembourg

Prince Charles took his parent's (bot not his brother) to open a new school named for him. He cut the ribon, unveiled a plaque and signed his name.

Ohmygosh, he has grown so much. And such a cutie. I am sure the school officials were thrilled that he came to cut the ribbon. He did a right fine job.

If little Charles isn't the cutest thing. I love his child's safety scissors to cut the ribbon, in bright blue. He was having a great time, so was Mum and Papa.
