72M Pounds(don't see the pound symbol on this keyboard) equates to approximately $90M. If anyone cares, here's an article on what an American Presidential inauguration costs and where the money comes from. Apparently most of the money is from donors plus the US taxpayer. The costs of both seem somewhat similar.
