"Meghan Markle is facing another obstacle in the launch of her business American Riviera Orchard, which she first announced in March.

While many are hoping for the duchess’s homemade products such as jam to hit the shelves soon, Meghan has been hit with another setback after already facing a number of problems with the trademark and paperwork.

A similar-named company has lodged a letter of protest with the United States Patent and Trademark Office against the duchess’ company.

Royal Riviera, which is part of the Harry and David company selling premium food and gift products, similar to what Meghan plans to sell, has sent the letter based on the fact that people may become confused about the two brands with similar names."

Harry Speaks Before The NATO Military Committee

"On 30 October 2024, the Invictus Games Foundation briefed the NATO Military Committee at NATO Headquarters on the role of Invictus in supporting wounded, injured and sick service members and veterans. Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, addressed the Military Committee via VTC, with a delegation attending the meeting in person. The delegation included: Dominic Reid, Chief Executive of Invictus; Lord Allen, Chancellor of the Board of Trustees; and Richard Smith, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer."

Harry spoke to the Committee via a video link. I suspect IG is looking to NATO for funding/sponsorship or appealing to the Org. in light of Germany and I believe, Australia breaking from the main body and holding their own Games.
Boeing has been a sponsor, but we all know that Boeing is having a ton of problems and they may be considering cutting ties.

I love the photo of the Committee, the people attending appear to be either bored with Harry or puzzled as to what the Invictus Games have to do with the Organization's massive concerns right now.
