The door is shut to Harry for a long time. I don't believe the press BS concerning Charles looking towards some reconciliation...Camilla was his red line and Harry has crossed that line continuously over and over. The same with William and Catherine/their children.
This is coming as a convenient coincidence when their Netflix contract is up in the coming New Year. Harry wants a reconciliation/rehabilitation so to come on over and bug his conversations. I think he and Meghan want to film another "documentary" going back and slamming the Royal Family, they figure the first was such a success, why not do it again? Predictable.

One friend has devised a strategy for how Harry might begin to start moving in UK circles again. ‘He has put together a blueprint and will show it to Harry if and when there’s an appropriate moment,’ said the source. ‘This person believes there is a real chance Harry could even carry out very low-key royal duties again one day.

‘He believes if Harry comes back to the UK with zero fuss, and does zero publicity and attends very mundane events, he could prove himself and win over the British public again. He would have to accept, though, that he might be reduced to ribbon cutting for a long period. But it would give him purpose to work again. It could happen, one day, if certain members of the family could find it in themselves to allow it.’

"Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have lost another member of staff at Archewell, it has been reported.

Christine Weil Schirmer - who was the couple's head of communications - left quietly towards the end of last year, according to the Mail on Sunday.

Christine is the tenth staff member to have left the couple in the past three years and is said to have taken a role with PR giant Brunswick last month."

It dawned me that the stories of Harry wanting to return to the UK, wanting to offer the sad, bare olive branch to his family, he's unhappy in sunny Calif. really has ramped up since the Judge in his Visa case delivered his opinion to the Court.

Charles will always love his son, but he won't put up with the relentless attacks or disloyalty. Harry hasn't made overtures, he's made demands. He wants this and that, but he's offered nothing in the way of a public apology for the nasty things he's said about his own family. Harry is making a big assumption that anyone will want him to be the royal cutting their ribbon or touring their factory. Nope. He won't come back as even a part-time royal, which is what he demanded and didn't get five years ago. It still isn't happening.

The original story was thrown out there by the Sussexes or their PR to test the waters. The public didn't bite and still don't want Harry back and especially don't want Meghan. Suddenly, the story backpedals.

Prince Harry will not return to royal duties unless William apologises, but would be willing to 'help out' the Firm if asked by his father, a report has claimed.

Sources close to The Duke of Sussex have suggested he is happy with his decision to quit his royal role, the Mirror reported.

But they claim he would be open to a temporary role within the Royal Family if asked to help out by his father.

Yes, William will apologize the second Tuesday of next week...meaning never. William has every right not to apologize to Harry or the wife and the proof for not apologizing.
More Meghan feeding the press lies, I mean, stories. The story contradicts itself. Harry is so glad he made his decision to leave the horrid Royal life and the terrible Royal family, but he'd be open to come back to Royal Duties if Pa wants him. So it's still the same "I want to be half in and half out." The late Queen, your grandmother, said, "No" and it won't change. This is all Meghan and Harry is still trying to get his taxpayer paid security and IPP status.

"Meghan Markle's latest trademark application was denied last week, DailyMail.com can reveal, in a new major blow to her embattled American Riviera Orchard home goods brand.

The Duchess of Sussex's attempt to trademark her small-batch jams and other household goods has landed her in another sticky situation with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), after previous bungles and failures to secure rights over her podcast brand, Archewell, last year.

On August 31 the Patent Office denied her application, saying that businesses are not allowed to trademark geographic locations, including the nickname of the coastline around the Sussexes' Santa Barbara, California, home: 'the American Riviera'.

The refusal also included a slew of problems with her filing – including her apparent failure to sign the correct documents."
The USPTO admonished the Duchess for giving vague descriptions of her products that could fit into multiple trademark categories.

The office said her brand's proposed 'cocktail napkins' could be paper or textile – two different categories – and her 'cooking utensils' could be manual or electric.

The refusal even included a screenshot of another Santa Barbara business's product already using the term 'American Riviera'.

The screenshot showed that the site sbcoastalcandles.com sells an 'American Riviera' candle for $34.95.

"'Registration is refused because the applied-for mark is primarily geographically descriptive,' the Office said in its Saturday filing.

'Commonly used nicknames for geographic locations are generally treated as equivalent to the proper geographic name of the place identified.

'American Riviera is a common nickname for Santa Barbara, California.'"

The article states Meghan's lawyers can appeal the denial. I don't know how they can appeal stupid. Again, she didn't pay the fees and didn't sign the forms, how dense can she be when she repeats the same mistakes over and over?

I've never heard of a startup business owner making so many stupid mistakes and not doing their due diligence. Clearly TOW fell victim to her own magical thinking once again, and she'll keep falling victim to it because she's too lazy to do anything else.

She obviously doesn't learn from her mistakes. This happens over and over and over. I think it cannot be blamed on her lawyers. It is obviously her doing. It's almost like she doesn't want the trademark to be approved.

In other words, it will be the same old word salad Harry and the wife have been spouting out for years. I'm sorry, but I don't know how anyone can keep a straight face when Harry gives a speech. The man is essentially illiterate and with his history of boasting about his drug use, use of carbon gobbling private jets, his blatant snobbery and entitlement, and the fact that he and the wife have done very little towards improving the problems the planet faces, it's a joke.
This is all WME pushing the PR, I think the Clintons are clients plus Harry and Meghan trying to further schmooze the Clintons.
Interesting note, Jose Andres has joined forces with William's Earthshot initiative. Could be because Harry and the wife have done very little for World Central Kitchen. Early this year when the WCK workers were killed, not a word issued from the Sussexes, they were busy in Jamaica and then their "vacation", I believe. Too busy to issue any statement in condolence for their "friend".

In other words, Harry does nada. I don't think the wife does much "work" either. My friend and I were talking tonight and regardless of what people think of the CGI, and everyone has opinions, when you look at the people that will be involved/speaking, they all have careers plus the extra work they do for charities, or social/global interests, etc. In other words, these individuals work every day at a career plus extra interests excluding recreation. It doesn't matter liberal/conservative, they all have a drive. Harry and Meghan? No. This is I can't believe anyone can take them seriously. They are deadbeats and grifters.

Again, I don't know if you can appeal on the grounds of incompetence and stupidity. Their lawyers are entertainment lawyers...she needs a patent/trademark lawyer and not do this herself.

Did she get advice before starting this latest crap show and just ignored it, or did she just spring it on everyone? I thought it was common knowledge that you nail down patents, trademarks,copyrights, etc *before* you start a business.

An entertainment lawyer is still a lawyer and can read forms and fill them out correctly. Entertainment lawyers are contract specialists, so I can't see this failure to correctly fill out the forms being the fault of the lawyer. More likely, Harry and Meghan (let's not leave him out of this) thought that they could be clever and vague and the patent office wouldn't notice. I would think that these patent applications, which like the Archewell Foundation paperwork were filed without success, come with a page of instructions on how to and how not to fill them out. My hunch is that once again our intrepid entrepreneurs knew better than the government agency on how to fill out the paperwork. Once again, they failed. Lesson not learned, once again.

Selena Gomez started her charitable foundation around the same time as Archewell's start. So far it's raised more than $100 million for mental health. Any contract she has--whether it's for an acting job, product representation,etc--has to also involve charitable or mental health assistance for others. Her beauty brand is a huge success and a slice of those profits also goes to charity. She's a successful actress and singer, has a hit show (I love Only Murders In The Building), and she works hard.

She's accomplished all this in roughly the same length of time that To and TOW have been married. There's been no drama about filling out patent applications correctly,where the money from her foundation goes to, etc.Gomez's ventures are all straightforward. No fruit baskets with jam sent to random people. She's done all of this and hasn't even hit 35 yet. Compare what Selena's done to what the Sussexes have done. Oh,wait. There's no comparison.

You're correct, there is no comparison. The money Selena has earned is through her hard work to achieve the success she is today and she's got a great life, but has made the decision to pass along her experience with bipolar disorder along with the wealth she has to help without strings attached.
Harry and Meghan's "charity" is like an iceberg. The "top" they present is the benevolent uber couple that believe in a better world for all...blah, blah. Below the surface is the hard fact that they retain 95% of money donated for themselves and pass along 5% for their "causes". In addition, they make huge promises, but deliver little or nothing on those promises.
Dolly Parton ranks right up there as an excellent example of charity.

Law has become super specialized like medicine. The lawyers the Sussexes have may be able to help with the forms, but a patent lawyer can tell someone what's acceptable or not right off the top of his/her head. A patent lawyer would have told Meghan why ARO couldn't be used and the reason without even researching it and probably tell her all the other stuff that she did incorrectly that USPTO denied.
Some lawyers that aren't in the specialty will take a stab at it with the warning it's not his/her area of law while others flat out won't touch it.
My feeling is Meghan and Harry have filled the forms out and done the work all on their own, well, Meghan has done it for Archewell, Archtypes and now ARO. The reason is she thinks she's smart enough to apply without asking for assistance, she was on Suits so she "knows" the law, they are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex so the Fed. Govt. is supposed to be so impressed that it will automatically say "yes" to whatever she wants and look the other way if there's something dodgy that she's done.
This is Meghan's (and Harry's) third rodeo with USPTO and by the agency's denial with this latest, it's clear, the agency is irritated with Meghan. She still doesn't listen to advice or seek assistance.

This video is a year old, but the French reporter uncovered Archewell as a scam. There is a segment showing what occurred when Harry and Meghan were in "charge" of The Commonwealth Trust. The clip is in French with English subtitles.

On a side note, there have been mass protests in Colombia due to the Govt. dropping subsidies on diesel fuel. It's putting farmers and companies in dire conditions. The President stated the move was necessary..the Govt. doesn't have money and the deficit is growing by leaps and bounds.
Hmm...the Govt. had no problem spending $1,953,000 and change on the Harkle's security...

People who are not lawyers fill out these forms on their own behalf every day and have their patents filed without these setbacks. The Sussexes have no excuse.
