Arrest after man scales Royal Mews wall at Buckingham Palace

A 25-year-old man was detained outside the stables at about 01:25 BST and held under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act on suspicion of trespassing.

26 yr. old, 1:25 am, probably drunk and was responding to a dare, or decided to be a smart ***, or stupid or all three.
