No, I don't believe it. The article is full of errors. What the DM is doing is trying to force the King to bestow the title on Edward because he's not acting according to the media's wishes. They pull out (make up) stories such as this article to rile up the public. The reporter states the MOS "learned" of this development....no source. Of course, tomorrow the article will be revised and state the old, "Palace insiders or Palace sources".
