Buckingham Palace announces that the Queen will not attend tomorrow's State Opening of Parliament.

I'm not surprised. It's passing the torch. It would also be difficult for HM to walk the distance involved and sitting for a substantial period time. I'm sure HM is disappointed, but has great confidence in the Prince of Wales and Duke Of Cambridge.
