In 1994 Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones married Daniel Chatto in London. It was s small, intimate wedding. I think her gown is my favorite of all of the Royal ladies.

I like her wedding gown more today than I did back in the day. My only complaint about the dress is that it makes her look flat-chested. But the overall elegance, even with the young attendants, exceeds the test of time.
Getty Images changed something on their website. I used to post photos very easily from their site but all I can do now is a link.
There is a photo of Sarah being helped out of a car in front of the church before the wedding that shows the bodice better. I liked the bridesmaids in white and their bouquets of roses. Also that they were older than usual attendants.
Thanks for that photo, Nellie. That shows the bodice detail that I like. I wonder if the bridesmaids wore those dresses again. They are so classic. Most attendants gowns are not suitable to be worn again.
I was looking at another article which had a photo of Diana who attended, but did not go to the reception. She made a big point of meeting Sophie on the stairs leaving the church. Sophie was not too happy about that, but could not avoid her.

Her dress, along with that of Mette-Marit, is my favorite, and has been ever since she married. It's so graceful, elegant, and simple. It suited Sarah so well and is timeless.
