Mills and Boon are the British branch of the US Harlequin Books company. I've pre-ordered the book. Her other non-fiction books about Queen Victoria were really good and enjoyable.

This may be the creative outlet she needs to express herself, communicate her ideas and make enough money to cover her needs. If she can do that without talking about her ex-inlaws the so much the better.

Back when, I read an article on the finances of romance novels. I think the normal author's payment was about $50k, in the late 80s. Not bad!

I don't usually read romance novels, but will read this one. I think it will be good. She doesn't need to have any Royals in it.
