Oh, dear. Samantha and her publishers obviously don't know what Princess Michael's nickname in the press is.

I'm guessing Meghan will command her PR teams to do some massive leaks or "perfect Meghan" stuff this upcoming week.

Samantha and her lawyers/publisher can always re-title the book if they have to. I'm sure we have a massive "positive" Meghan PR onslaught. It would be a huge irony if Samantha's book becomes a massive bestseller. That's not a prediction, it's merely a "what if", that would be a huge slap in the face to the Harkles.

For one thing she was most likely telling the truth about Megan. She got a lot of negative press over her comments but I always thought she was just telling it the way it was. I am so over Megan and Harry.

I thought she should have kept her mouth shut--back then. That was before we witnessed what Meghan's actually capable of doing. I'm interested in hat she has to say and Meghan's reaction to it. We already knew Meghan tried to claim she barely knew her older half brother and half sister, a claim shot down by all the photos her half brother produced of family holidays, etc.

As an aside, I notice Samantha and Meghan do look a bit alike. They have the same nose and eye shape.

The Tom Markle genes are strong! All of his kids look like him. I'd also forgotten how young he was to start out: Samantha's 56 and Tom's 76.

I won't be buying this book, but will read anything that shows up on-line. Hope folks here will give reviews of it. It should be fun.

"Experts" need to do more research.

1) The book will be available January 8, not January 17.

2) The court case will not start on January 19, it was postponed until October at Meghan's request.

"The best advice to Meghan all along has been to settle this as quickly as she possibly can. I don't think Meghan has ever really understood just how forensically she will be questioned in court.

"And the extent to which she will face a barrage of precisely the kind of intrusion that she most dislikes in circumstances where she cannot avoid it.

"She seems to have turned a deaf ear to very, very candid legal advice that it's not in her interests to pursue this to a hearing.

"If anything this is going to give Meghan another little taste of how difficult life could be if this goes to a full hearing."

The Harkles are painting bullseyes on their foreheads with the lawsuits. They can sue whomever they like, but litigants are allowed to fight back. This isn’t an episode of “Suits”, it’s the cutthroat reality of the California court system. Opposing counsel won’t be pulling any punches in deference to the queen.

I can believe that Meghan has ignored advice not to sue. She ignored all advice and guidance from courtiers early on, has continued to ignore advice that doesn’t confirm her already held opinions and there’s no reason to think anything is going to change.

So much for all the bravado talk of Harry going to London to "seal the deal." It was never clear just when Harry planned to travel to the UK for his face to face with HM. Convenient way to back out due to cowardice.
