The woman wants Albert to undergo a DNA test and Albert has repeatedly refused. I'm making a judgement, but it always strikes me, if Albert is "innocent", take the test.
King Albert of Belgium repeatedly refused to submit to a paternity test and we found out why. Albert of Monaco's repeated refusal makes me think of the same outcome. I think he's well aware if a paternity test shows he's the father of this Brazilian teenager, that could be the end of his marriage.

All of the times we saw Charlene looking tense and unhappy, now we know why. She's spent 20 years with Albert and she's just seen the next 20 and what they hold for her and their children. Now there's another baby mama and another kid for her to deal with and I don't blame her for being upset. All of that on top of being desperately homesick.

An innocent person would not hesitate to take the test and prove the lie. In fact, they would be elbowing people aside to get themselves to a lab to take the DNAtest and prove their innocence. Whether or not this teenager is Albert's daughter has yet to be determined, but if she is that means the conception took place 5 years into Charlene's relationship with Albert. At the very least, it's very believable that Albert slept with Bea Fielder while he was seeing Charlene. He should be sleeping on his stomach with one eye open.

Correction: I referred to the unnamed Brazilian mother of the alleged third bonus child as Bea Fielder. That's wrong, Bea is a former model who claimed to have a child with Albert.

From Wikipedia:

While Prince Albert did provide DNA material, paternity could not be established or dismissed as Prince Albert did not provide the material with witnesses present. He states that it was his, Bea Fiedler says that it was not. The court decided not to rule either way as it could not be established whether the DNA was provided by the prince himself.

So, if Albert provides a verified DNA sample for the Brazilian woman and her daughter it *might* also be used in the case with Bea Fielder and her son which *could* result in Bea's child also being named a Grimaldi heir. And these are just the court cases we know about. There may be more waiting in the wings.

I'd shave my head, too.

I wouldn't be surprised if a few more extracurricular offspring show up. Albert is a true Grimaldi.

I still don't like Charlene's haircut, but if she did it as one of the few outlets of expression open to her, okay. I don't know if she's been told if she does a bolt she'd lose the kids or something, but clearly she's not staying because Albert's a great husband.

Charlene and Albert dated for about 10 years before they became engaged. She may have been under the impression that the surprise step-children were all accounted for and that there would no more surprises. She won't leave without her children and the children aren't going anywhere. They have a hereditary destiny and Albert wields a lot of power in Monaco. The risk of getting stopped ahead of the border with the kids in tow might be too great.

Will the new year bring us news of Charlene living in a separate wing of the palace? If it turns out there are two more kids and that Albert was less than forthcoming about them she might decide to sever all but the most formal of ties to Albert.

I feel bad for all of the kids involved, whether they are Albert's or not.

We already know about the 2 illegitimate children of Albert, if it's proven there is a 3rd plus the possible 4th child, that shows incredible irresponsibility and recklessness on Albert's part. We're all adults here and in a relationship, if one partner (or both) are not keen on a possible pregnancy, then at the very least one person should take on the responsibility of preventing a pregnancy. I'm not getting into the scenario of the woman stating she's being careful, but she's dating or with Prince Albert and is throwing caution to the wind. Albert should have been doubly careful.
King Albert got a lot of flack and was slammed horribly on other Boards for the entire Delphine business, yes, he should have acknowledged his paternity earlier, but he did spend time with Delphine when she was growing up.
Tamara and Nicole had to go after Albert of Monaco repeatedly to acknowledge he fathered their children in public. Tamara even had to confront Albert here in the US.
Albert of Belgian had a daughter out of marriage, but Albert of Monaco, 2 possibly 4 illegitimate children? He should be criticized even more.
I once read, if true, that when Stephanie became pregnant with Camille, she was practically considered persona non grata by Caroline and Albert because of her pregnancy by a bodyguard. There was truly a pot and a kettle.

I should add, if it's proven that Albert is the father of this teenage girl, I see a situation with Albert and Charlene much like Juan Carlos and Sofia. Both leading separate lives, but appearing as a couple for official functions.

If Caroline gave Stephanie flack about getting pregnant with Camille, then she should have given daughter Charlotte for the same behavior. But no, she was all over Charlotte's elder son.And Albert had no leg to stand on. Yeah, Pot, meet Kettle.

I'm not very fond of Charlene, but she has my sympathy for having to deal with Albert. If I'd been married to him, I'd have dumped all his clothes in the courtyard of the Pink Palace, sold all his cars, and changed all the locks.
