Eloise is a private person, but she does put herself out in the public eye on social media so she really can't claim her privacy has been breached when she offers her life to the viewing public on a regular basis. If her accounts were private, so that she could control who sees her photos and comments, then she would have a leg to stand on. As a member of the Dutch royal family her life is of some interest so she needs to establish a firm boundary.
That being said, I don't think the children of royals, politicians or celebrities should be fair game for the media. If they attend an event with the famous family member then it can be noted, but "off duty" should mean "out of bounds". But since the media won't respect that because they have no sense of decency it's up to the subject to draw a bright red boundary line.
