I don't think Sandringham is broken up in to "apartments" the way Kensington Palace is. There's a floor plan out there somewhere, and it's all just corridors of bedrooms and reception rooms. Heck James could be staying at cousin William's house, Amner, since the Waleses don't seem to use it much.
