My heart just went out to the girl who burst into tears when Catherine greeted her. She and the girl right before her were both so nervous at meeting the Princess of Wales, but Catherine put them both at ease immediately. She didn't withdraw her hand and she put herself level with the girl and talked with her in a calm and caring manner. I was going to comment at how beautiful Catherine looked, but I think I'd rather talk about how beautiful she is on the inside.
