Well, their mothers were sisters, so the chances of having similar features was fairly high. They do have the same facial shape and similar mouth shapes, but different eye and nose shapes. David would have also had stuck-out ears had Margaret not had them surgically pinned back when he was young.

I think both men resemble their Bowes-Lyon side in many ways.
