As far as I can tell, Sarah is just as non- aristocratic as Camilla. They both descend from Charles II, they are both related to aristocratic families, and they have both moved in horsey/polo/ country sets. Andrew had no cause to criticize Camilla on that point.

Sarah never takes responsibility for anything, so her blaming Camilla is not surprising.
