She and Michael are both in very poor health. I imagine Ella and Freddie are getting their parents the best care possible, but it's still really rough because, at the end of the day, all they can really do is be there for them. My mom had great nursing care, but all anyone could really do was make her comfortable and be with her as she was dying.
