I wouldn't take what Andrew Lownie's word as a done deal. His latest book on Andrew was full of inaccurate info. Andrew "may" move to Bahrain, I understand they have a "palace" ready for him and that would play to his entitlement and vanity.
Andrew won't be neighbors with JC, JC lives in Dubai, but late in 2025 it was going around that JC is looking to move to Portugal.
