I love that Amalia has Maxima's love of fashion and puts her own twist on borrowed items. I think she'll be coming into her own in the next few years and we'll be treated to quite the ongoing fashion show as Amalia, Leonor, Elizabeth, Ingrid Alexandra and Estelle start reciprocal visits. It's something to look forward to in my dotage. Just think - it will be a cascade of royal weddings just as it was for their parents.

As for Stephanie, I think she just has poor taste in clothes. The best we've seen her was on her wedding day and she's been more dowdy than dazzling ever since. We're not dealing with ginormous fabric flowers as with her mother-in-law, so there's that. But she's a GRAND DUCHESS for goodness sake. She may be sartorially timid because she's on the plump side, but she could look so much better with well-fitted clothes.
