I think she's making the announcement of great things to come expecting that she'll be offered a contract to make it so. I can't imagine any charitable organization would have her and she's fresh out of sugar daddies, so we'll see what she pulls out of her hat. Frankly, since her book contracts have been cancelled and her patronages have severed ties with her I can't imagine who would want to link arms with her and march forward. But she's surprised us before.

Installing her in Portugal would be a good idea if not for the internet and air travel. There will be no getting rid of her. My bet is that if/when she moves to Portugal she'll leave most of her belongings in storage in London. I expect her to "visit" Andrew at his new digs and she'll be so happy to be "home" at Sandringham she won't leave. How can she leave her girls and the grandchildren? She'll take that angle to keep the trebuchet at bay.
