Harry, stupid as usual, making a big deal out of an anecdote in a book. He would have been better off keeping quiet and ignoring the whole thing. Now, acting outraged and threatening to sue the DM, he's making the claim look true and he's guilty.
Why sue the DM? They're just the agent publishing excerpts from the book, sue the author. Oh, he doesn't have the nerve to go after the author, it's the big, bad media that's at fault.
If Andrew doesn't issue a denial, then it makes Harry look as if he's covering up the incident in the eyes of the public, true or not.
I'm sure Andrew isn't thrilled, but his lawyer has probably advised him not to issue any statements which is the wise course.
