I don't know why Albert is getting all the blame for Delphine's "misery". Sybille was just as culpable for the circumstances of Delphine's birth and she failed to assure that Delphine would be recognized by Albert. By Delphine's own account, she was raised in a two-parent household and wanted for nothing materially or emotionally while growing up. Now that she's been recognized by her paternal relatives and has a royal title, she still isn't happy.
