I had read about Camilla (in the years prior to becoming Queen) that she really doesn't like the limelight and (as you pointed out, Martha)didn't spend her early life being trained for a public life. However, I think that she's done a good job of taking on the position she was handed. She seems mostly at ease meeting people and they seem to be glad to see her as well.
