1966 - Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh were welcomed by King Baudouin of Belgium at the start of a State Visit to Belgium. Later that evening they attended a State Banquet at the Royal Palace in Brussels in honor of their visit.
