Harry did the same thing with IG. When they were still in the UK and Meghan was pregnant with Archie, a MOD official stated the when Harry attended a meeting with them concerning IG, he had absolutely no interest in what was occurring in the meeting. He was in too much of a hurry to leave and return to the wife. This has been his attitude with everything since he met Meghan. In addition, I think Harry has always had the attention span of a piece of paper, meaning none.
He seems to be unable to focus on anything for more than a minute and he's not that intelligent so he relies on everyone else to do the actual work. Lazy and entitled, too.
