As Tudor and others pointed out, the items were deliberately short-stocked so that TOw could claim the drop was so successful and her products were in such high demand that they ran out. That creates the illusion that the company is a success .It also gives TOW the chance to be seen as honest and generous (hahaha) when she "makes things right" by promising full refunds and a "free" product to everyone who didn't get their order. Oh, and now TOW has the names and info of everyone who ordered from the site.
