Chef Imad Alarnab owns restaurant Imad's Syrian Kitchen. Mr Alarnab is a Syrian chef, entrepreneur and refugee who ran restaurants in Damascus before they were destroyed in the war. The King also met with other British Syrians, before greeting crowds waiting to meet him in Carnaby Street despite the wet weather.
