Yes - the top pic in the opening post is most likely for their first parliament.

However, I was quite wrong about the pic where Alexandra wears Cullinans I and II - in the bottom pic in the opening post of this thread. The Cullinan was split in February 1908.
That pic was at their last parliament on 22 Feb 1910. Edward died in May 1910.
