The athlete is waving her hands, "Stop, stop!" You can tell on her face she's distressed and upset. That's why the rest of the group is looking so upset also, it was beyond rude and it was an invasion of space.
That's why the Royal Family says "no" to media "suggestions" to bring back these dimwits to the fold. It was the best thing when they left.
