In the Look at MEEEE video, TOW shows all the merch she got that girl and then thanks Billie Eilish, thus more than subtly imply that she got in contact with Eilish or her reps and Eilish personally sent TOW the things to give to that girl. My very strong suspicion is that TOW ordered that stuff off Billie's site and never had any contact with the singer, then pretended Billie herself sent that stuff.
