'I wonder why someone didn't' They most likely didn't or haven't changed it because it's priceless and also whoever bought the pendant liked it. I've never seen any female member for the family wearing it now or in the past. Most likely happy for it to remain in the royal jewel vaults. I actually like it, but the images are most likely ivory so shouldn't be worn.
